Commerce
Two decades running e-commerce platforms at scale — the same discipline that took Under Armour from $9M to over $1B online.
Built in the open
Open source tools, applied research, and engineering write-ups from the team behind Intevity's client work. Built in the open, released for anyone to use.
Who we are
Intevity is a boutique digital consultancy. We build enterprise software, AI systems, and commerce platforms for clients who need to go from idea to production, not just decks.
Labs is where that work becomes public: open source tools we've built along the way, technical write-ups on problems we've actually solved, and research we think is worth sharing rather than keeping internal.
If you're evaluating who's behind this work, that's it. We're a small team that ships, and we write about how.
What we do
Two decades running e-commerce platforms at scale — the same discipline that took Under Armour from $9M to over $1B online.
Bespoke software and enterprise product builds for problems no off-the-shelf platform solves — including IoT and connected-device work.
Most AI projects stall because the data underneath was never finished. We build the semantic layers and integration that make AI possible.
We connect AI to the workflows, data, and rules that actually run a business, so it works in production, not just in a demo.
From the lab
An open-source Claude Code companion — a tray app and local daemon built around three things: in-flight security scanning, multi-account management, and token-cost optimization.
Visit the site →One local collector for every AI coding tool. Point Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot and more at Trove and own every span, metric, and log — typed, attributed by harness, auditable.
Launching soonAI writes code faster than anyone can review it — shipping software no one fully understands. It's the dark-data problem all over again, with the same hidden costs and the same fix.

Work with us
That's exactly the kind of work we take from idea to production. Tell us what you're building — we'll tell you how we'd ship it.
