One of the top 10 global SaaS companies, LogMeIn builds products – including Bold360, LastPass, and the GoTo Collaboration cloud – that simplify the way people connect. With its widely used software portfolio serving both businesses and consumers around the globe, LogMeIn has seen rapid growth in the past three years. Anticipating additional growth and expansion, LogMeIn asked Intevity to help evolve its key business practices to accelerate growth and enable the business to scale. Rather than simply modernize back office, subscription management, and e-commerce platforms, the Intevity team realized LogMeIn needed to reimagine and reorganize itself around specific systems to best serve its customers.
Intevity worked across LogMeIn’s different teams and product lines to create a progression plan that established a flexible ecosystem of technology, experiences, and people to enable rapid, adaptive growth. To make the strategy a reality, Intevity worked closely with the LogMeIn team to align their priorities and clear a path for implementation. Together, we crafted strategy, governance, decision-making, and execution frameworks to promote accountability and improve business velocity.
We also ran parallel activities across short- and long-term efforts, changing the organizational culture to be more strategic, which resulted in immediate payoffs for LogMeIn. Intevity’s work enabled LogMeIn to achieve early wins and gain momentum by tackling the highest risk areas first while laying the groundwork for broader initiatives. These catalysts ultimately positioned LogMeIn to significantly accelerate growth, improve alignment, and eliminate bottlenecks.
